Region Term Goals 2007-08

The Region Board has developed region goals for the term to be in line with the International Global marketing strategy that was unveiled at convention in July, and with the International Board’s short and long term strategic objectives. The region goals are:

Generate and disseminate a positive attitude regarding the value of POWERtalk International

Develop and Implement an integrated Region PREM plan, including:

-        The delivery of POWERtalk short course and CMT in all Councils

-        A proactive plan for the promotion and participation of members in the accreditation programme.

-        Restructure of the region website to reflect the new brand, to accommodate the increased needs of members in areas of information and education, and to expand it’s use as a tool for publicity and recruitment.

-        Offer clubs and councils incentives for growth and success under the PREM policy.

Training - review and consolidate Council Management Training modules developed over the past three years and add one module in the current year, related to PREM the implementation plan.

Maintain a 360 degree reporting strategy between all levels of ITC

To achieve 75% new member growth by the end of the term.
