News from Fellows of ITC
THE PURPOSE –
To reward the top achievers with the title of ‘Fellow of
International
Training in Communication’ – ‘FITC’.
To develop a team of first class ITC International Trainers,
of the
highest calibre, who will be able to represent the International
Board as Trainers (at the Board’s request and at their direction)
in their own Regions when a member of the International Board
cannot attend in person, to:
present training,
introduce new training programmes (such as
Power Talk ITC), as well as Training Power Tools, at their own
Region conferences;
to ensure or present Officer Training at all levels,
to train members at all levels in Evaluation Skills;
to visit Clubs, Councils and Region events and evaluate the
programmes, the training and the trainers
to act as Quality Controllers on behalf of the International
Board and thus assist in an international project of improving and
maintaining the standards of the organisation in order that the
organisation may gain respect for the ITC training programme in a
highly competitive world.
That each of those members who reach this status
should be prepared to fulfil the role by presenting the ITC
training programmes throughout their Region and evaluate the
training and programmes at all levels
to ensure that all members receive first class training within
ITC worldwide and maintain an excellent and uniform standard.
